DPS Mobile Driving School is offering comprehensive drivers ed classes that include both classroom instruction and behind-the-wheel lessons.

Our summer program is tailored for teenagers aged 15 to 17 who are eager to obtain their driver’s licenses. The 32-hour, 16-day classroom course covers all the essential topics young drivers need to know, including traffic laws, defensive driving techniques, and the importance of responsible decision-making behind the wheel.

14 Hours of Behind-the-Wheel Driving Lessons

In addition to classroom instruction, students will receive 14 hours of behind-the-wheel driving lessons with our experienced instructors. These practical lessons provide valuable experience in real-world driving situations, helping students build confidence and develop safe driving habits. Our 3-week program is structured to give students a well-rounded education in driver safety, ensuring they are fully prepared for the road ahead. By combining classroom learning with hands-on practice, students gain a deeper understanding of the rules of the road and how to apply them in various driving scenarios.

Permit Test and Course Completion

The permit test is administered on the third day of class. Upon passing, students will receive a DE-964 form and a checklist to take to the DPS. Students can begin scheduling their behind-the-wheel driving lessons once they receive their learner’s permit and tuition is paid in full. The program must be completed within six months.

Enrollment and Payment Details

Pay Online: Students cannot be added to the class list without payment.

Required Documents:

• An application signed by the parent or legal guardian.
• A payment of $499.00 via cash, credit, or debit card.
• A black ink pen, notebook, and a photo ID.
